How to solve annoying mood ^__^

ini bulan maret dan sepertinya ini menjadi hampir sebulan gue disini, di bali, bersama hal-hal yang tak pernah sama dengan tempat yang sama, seperti bisa semua tempat dan bentuk tak banyak berubah, hanya manusia yang mengisi tempat itu, yang memberikan arti dan mengurangi arti nya dengan sesukanya saja.
Kadang ada beberapa spot yang penting di hidup kita yang merupakan bagian dari kita, mereka tidak berubah tentunya, tapi kitalah yang merubah dengan memberi arti dan mengurangi artinya, begitu juga denganku (tentu saja), setelah 4 bulanan tidak bekerja di mai mesaree villa bali lagi karena pulang ke lombok dan sempat 3 bulan bekerja di renon tapi akhirnya kembali bekerja dengan aku yang bukan dulu lagi membuat ini terkadang beda, teman2 karea tidak bertemu sebulanan dan mungkin lebih membuat berbeda, kebiasaanku yang ku lakukanpun yang tak berbentuk menjadi berbentuk karena ku taruhkan beberapa arti, kadang merah, ungu, hijau, hitam dan kadang putih, mereka para ramalah warna ternyata tak salah (barus sadar) kareana warna yang kita sukai adalah yang mewakili apa kebanyakan arti yang akan kita imbuhkan ke hidup, benda dan orang di swekeliling kita.
Filling awkward, annoying, hollow sometime, i realize dats imma human being, don’t want to do something anymore, being so moody suddenly, wanna cry with no make a sense, mad so i got some tips to do, usually i did when all dats feelin comin meh, 

1.   1.   Make a list to do in daily life, something no bout ur daily activities, mostly “thing” dats you like to do, ( Ex: dance, vocal lesson, play guitar, cookin, watch movie, read novel ect).
2.    2.  Put some wise word that capable to build up mind greatly, a wise word that you trust be able to making you move up clearly, a wise word that from the first that you hear and have a great influences to you.
3.   3.   Look around put 3 till 5 person with great behaviour, environtment and something that they have, like a inspire one, so you might take reflection from them, good intention course ^.^
4.    4.  Make a list, with 5 person, the fun friend, and go for them with some talk, some to do and just meet and get some.
5.   5.   Idol” as we know, mostly people have their own idol, even singer, actor or superstar. Adore them, take a wanted to be like them, and try for it.
6.     6. “Cry” when that feeling coming down, attacking so much and blowing up, just cry, cry loudly, cry a river !!
7.   7.   Sing” put the MP3 on and SING!! Loudly
8.     8. Get talking / text with somebody, 誰でもいいよ。
9.     9. “Sleep make a time and sleep! Just sleep and they will get gone some.
1   10.                         Look up around or remember you just a lucky one, that so many people that can’t do like you do, just thinking how’s awesome you are, take adore yourself.
1   11.                         Flashback to your, how you were, what you got? Your stupid moment in past, and think now, what you get, your brand new, the thing that capable you do, your job, your boyfriend, your awesome surrounding by, your new man, new friend, the new stuff that you buy last day.
1   12.                         Write your 欲しい事 , like your goal, your dream and when that feeling happened just push them out with those.
1   13.                         Routinely meet your dear friend and have some talk.
1   14.                         Do sport !! dats way to less your annoying jerk feeling.
1   15.                         Pray !! just near from god capable to make you near from the awesome feeling
1   16.                         Write!! Whatever it is, (ex : write for blog, facebook status, twitter, a diary, write something in memo, dats all rite)



So just try them, 1 by 1 and, don’t take it all, just the way to make yourself be cozy, or you already have some way to solve your jerk moment? Share it to meh, let’s have talk and solve them and make a great tips, (gonna be great)
I’m feeling those jerk moment at last minute, then I wrote this, during my feeling become good, much better, so many thing that able to make someone down, mostly I found in surrounding word, even in your boss, coworker, and your boyfie, I feel it.
Hmm I miss my cat in Lombok, being alone is the most reason that feeling coming.
